Remember visiting your grandmother and the only chocolate in the house was dark chocolate sticks that tasted of sweet candied oranges? We liked that chocolate and wanted to make a beer just like it... Guess we are just weird like that.
Malts: Barley malt, flaked oats, barley, lactose. Alc: 12,5%. Aroma/taste: cocoa nibs, oranges, vanilla.
Rio Grande Blood - DreamCakeIMPERIAL STOUT
We wanted to pay tribute to an all-time favourite, the dream cake. We love it and the hunt for the perfect ratio of delicious topping with coconut and caramelized sugar and white vanilla cake will never stop.

Pale Haze SunNEW ENGLAND PALE ALE
Pale Haze Sun. This beer is about hops. A little barley wheat and oats, some water and yeast, and then a LOT of Simcoe and Citra hops added only during and after fermentation. Pale and hazy in appearance like a sunrise on a very hot day, and with a tropical aroma to lure you in. Served cold it is the perfect thirst quencher. Aaah!

La FronteraDRYHOPPED GRISETTE
We have blended 10% of barrel-aged saison into the mix to add tartness and aromatic Brett character. By the way, grisette means "little grey one" and refers to the miners who originally consumed these beers.…and it goes extremely well with tacos!
Malts: barley malt, wheat malt, flaked wheat, flaked oats. Alc.: 5,5%. Hops: Barbe Rouge, Citra. IBU: 20. Aroma/Taste: bright, rustic and refreshing session beer with a spicy and citrusy aroma from yeast and dryhops.

This edition of Rio Grande Blood is infused with sweet spicy rum from A. H. Riise. Imagine a rich, moist rum-soaked chocolate cake or that little nasty treat you always consider buying at the bakery. The rum ball!!

CrumbleUS BROWN ALE
A US Brown Ale with crisp biscuity malts, nutty toastiness and a roasty chocolate finish! With enough bitterness from the hops and roasted malts to balance and add some spice and fruit. And the mouthfeel...? Think creaminess from a huge oat addition, like a rich toasty hazelnut crumble!!
Malt: Vienna, pilsner, caramel, melanoidin, chocolate, black, oat. Alc. 5,7% Hops: Amarillo, Simcoe. IBU: 30. Aroma/taste: Toastniness, nut-like and malty with a hoppy twist.

We named this jet black beer after the mighty Rio Grande river, which flows 3.000 km from Colorado to the Gulf of Mexico. We imagine pump jacks along the Texan desert plains flowing with rich crude oil... Guess we are just weird like that.
Malts: Pilsner, Caramel, Chocolate, Black, Roasted Barley, Oats. Alc.: 12%. Hops: Cascade. Aroma/Taste: Huge, chocolate, vanilla and roast. Smooth velvet mouth-feel.
”Callista", in Greek, means ‘most beautiful’ and is actually the second-largest moon of Jupiter. We packed this pilsner with Callista hops to give you a refreshing taste with that noble German hop character combined with delicious fruitiness.
Malts: Pilsner, Munich, Caramel. Alc.: 5,2 %. Hops: Callista. IBU: 35. Aroma/Taste: refreshing and fruity with hints of peach, apricot and red berries.
Miami VicePALE ALE
Old school US craftmanship started the "Craft Beer Revolution". We salute it! This beer salutes it! Not just a great TV show, not so great movie or a violent GTA game. But also a no bullshit beer, brewed for enjoying on a hot, sunny day. Pretty damn good when it rains too.

Amarillo & CitraIPA
This IPA is our take on a easy going, hoppy beer for nerds, beginners and in-betweeners. Voted Best New Beer below 6% in Denmark 2013, and still a fine piece of craftmanship. Sometimes less is simply more!
Malts: Pale Ale, Caramel, Oats. Alc.: 5,9 %. Hops: Amarillo, Citra. IBU: 50. Aroma/Taste: Citrus, tropical fruit (passion fruit, mango) / Round, malty and bitter.
Imp. Vanilla Coffee PorterPORTER
Pitch black, complex and well balanced. IVCP is not only great as companion with desserts, it is a dessert on it´s own. Or a cup of mocca perhaps, as we brew 100+ liters of Brazilian Blue Diamond for each batch. Voted Best New Beer above 6% in Denmark 2012.
Malts: Pilsner, Caramel, Rye, Chocolate, Oats. Alc.: 9,5 %. Hops: Cascade, Simcoe. IBU: 50. Aroma/Taste: Coffee, vanilla, dark chocolate / Coffee, dark caramel, bitter malt.
Christmas food demands tasty, powerful beers. IPA ́s can cut through mostly everything, and this one is no exception. Orange peel is used for more punch. Dryhopped for even more punch. It ́s been rumored Santa Claus gives this to his reindeer for more punch. Hoppy Christmas!
